The view was the best thing. We were told we had one of the best rooms. It was just an average room with a funky little gas pot belly stove. The walls were thin so we could hear the people next door. We got there before eight hoping to eat there in the advertised restaurant. However we were informed it wasn't operating that night. We got last minute accommodations before Annual Oyster Motorcycle Run. View of Fidalgo Bay and ferries was awesome. Room prices were hiked up $$ for the event but it was worth it to have such a nice overnite stay after a long, day of riding.
This place is really nice. Very clean, spacious and relaxing. Great for a weekend getaway with your family. My family and I loved it.
We absolutely loved this charming inn!!! We only stayed one night but wish we had stayed longer! The rooms are very clean and comfortable! The view is amazing, we will be back.
We found this gem of a spot quite a few years ago. Long before the wonderful upgrade. It all started as a convenient spot to catch the ferry and now it is a destination which happens to have a ferry terminal close by. We always book a couple of extra days here just to enjoy the view and all the birds, deer, and rabbits from our deck. Thanks

A great place to stay! We were looking for a place to stay in Anacortes before taking the ferry to Orcas Island the next morning. We needed a place that allowed our two dogs and the Ship Inn was at the top of the list. Our room was wonderful with a fully stocked kitchenette. We ordered room service and the food was delicious. The next morning we had a couple of hours to burn before our ferry, the owner gave us a map and the perfect itinerary. We went to Mount Erie and Washington Park.
