Unfortunately I don’t have any positive to share on my experience, I’m male 37 years old I waited almost 2 years to do a honest review, I did have a back surgery with DR Nathan Oh. Discectomy L5s1, a herniation surgery, while all the prev appointments before surgery he was very nice at the point that I trusted him 100% I was so much in pain 24/7 so I decided to go for surgery and I was very excited, the day of my surgery he changed plans, instead of removing both sides of the herniated disc he decided to just remove one side... read more
I have called over 12 times in 8 weeks and no one has ever answered. I have left voicemails and never received a call back. Service is great, but only if you’re there in person. It’s really scary to need help for your special needs child and not even get a call back.
Too much infuriating stuff to even write here, so I'm just going to leave the 1-star. Incompetent and excruciatingly frustrating
