The maintenance team was very responsive, and professional. They promptly addressed my several maintenance issues I requested and Bernie did a great job resolving the issues. The service was efficient, and the communication was clear throughout the process. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the maintenance service and appreciate their help.
We had a wonderful experience with Nicole during our move-in at Anacapa. She was incredibly friendly, kind, and welcoming. Her help made the entire move-in process so much easier and more comfortable for us. The maintenance staff at Anacapa is amazing! When you put in a request, they listen, communicate, and assign a technician in a timely manner. We appreciate the entire staff keeping our apartment, the pools, spas, and grounds in wonderful shape. We especially appreciate the maintenance team member Sam. He is prompt, a good communicator, and has always taken care of our requests. He is easy going, positive, and gets the job done.
