Don't consider moving here. Long time resident, AC broke for the 3rd time and they can't even look at it for 48 hours. Then when I asked to speak to the manager, the rep on the phone told me it takes them 3 days to call residents back. WOW. And I will probably get a canned response from a bot telling me how sorry they are.

I was very satisfied with this apartment, but ever since the new neighbor moved in, I have not been able to live comfortably. I have already contacted the apartment management company asking them to resolve the issue, but they have taken no action. Every single day, the neighbor uses a home theater system to play loud music and movies, causing my room to vibrate from the noise. On weekends, the vibrations continue even past 10 PM.
