I'm only leaving a 5-star review because of Jahana. Without him, I honestly don't know if we would have made our move-in date. What should have been a simple roommate removal/add turned into a very frustrating application process, and after weeks of little progress, our application had to be rescreened the day before move-in because it hadn't been handled properly and I had to come into the office to ask. Stephanie and Sam have been incredibly helpful throughout the pre–move-out inspection process. Sam, in particular, has gone above and beyond to help me keep the house in great condition. Whenever there was anything that needed to be repaired, he responded promptly and took care of it right away. He never missed a single issue and made sure every repair in the house was completed. I truly appreciate his professionalism, responsiveness, and dedication.
Mr. Sam from Anacapa maintenance team was very helpful and very knowledgeable about damage happened in our unit. He diagnosed and reported to management immediately to schedule the repair. 5 Start
