Stephanie and Sam have been great. We had some concerns about our fridge shortly after moving in, and Stephanie didn't hesitate — she replaced it with a brand new one, just like that. Sam is the kind of maintenance guy you hope for. Super responsive, came by multiple times to keep us updated, and knocked out every request we had — cleaning, AC check, window screen, bulb installation — all without us having to chase him down. He just gets it done. Really glad we ended up here. The team actually listens.
From the first time I met Nicole on move in day, I was so impressed. She was so on top of everything and has such good follow through. I'll see her in the community and she will ask about a repair/pest control and make sure it was completed to my satisfaction. She makes me feel welcome and manages all requests professionally. I really like living here, and Nicole is part of the reason.
Did a quick floral arrangement with Jahana and Phillip. Great guys and got to take the florals home.

After recently moving in, I’ve had a few minor maintenance requests. Sam was assigned to help me recently and was excellent. He provided exceptional communication and promptly handled my requests. Very impressed by the maintenance team so far.
