I was very satisfied with this apartment, but ever since the new neighbor moved in, I have not been able to live comfortably. I have already contacted the apartment management company asking them to resolve the issue, but they have taken no action. Every single day, the neighbor uses a home theater system to play loud music and movies, causing my room to vibrate from the noise. On weekends, the vibrations continue even past 10 PM. I have been living here with my partner since Oct. 2024 and we have had nothing but an amazing time, amazing service(s), and great amenities. The tech’s and resident services team here at Anacapa are very attentive, patient, they listen to your needs, and do their very best to resolve all the problems. If the problem isn’t resolved that day, they are on top of it to make sure to resolve it another day/time. I have had an amazing time living here for it being my first apartment with my partner.
