The maintenance service is the best, Sam is the best maintenance guy I have ever seen, he’s very useful, friendly, kind, and a very nice person. The response to maintenance request is quite fast. My family and I are very happy in this place 🥰
The maintenance team at Anacapa is awesome especially Sam. He is quick with a smile and even quicker to help you out. He always seems to be there when you need something. Thank you Sam for all you do!
I’m extremely disappointed with the office staff, especially Tracy. The building management plans construction from 8 AM to 5 PM for an entire week, which conflicts with my night shift schedule. I asked if they could start later, but Tracy responded rudely, saying nothing could be done. Her lack of professionalism and consideration was frustrating. I hope management takes this seriously and improves their customer service.
We are very happy that Anacapa has technitians like Jose, who presented himself very professionally and detected and fixed the problem very quickly. Very pleasant place to live!
The maintenance service here is outstanding. They're quick to repair when needed. I'm recovering from hernia surgery, and today Jose saw that my wife and I were struggling to move a sofa chair. He offered to help, called someone else and they moved it for us. Thanks Jose!
