I can’t say enough good things about my massage with Mike. He is amazing at adjusting to my pain levels and really listens to what I need throughout the session. He broke up some deep adhesions that have been causing excessive pain in my knee post ACL/meniscus surgery and was gentle knowing I’ve been diagnosed with CRPS causing severe nerve pain. I just had my first session with Mike, and already booked my next one before leaving! Mike took his time and fixed areas that I never even realized were tight, and I left feeling like I had new limbs. I sit a lot for work and also exercise and Mike was able to address my muscle pain that stems from both.
Mike has helped heal pain that no other massage therapist has been able to relieve. He's knowledgeable, methodical, and attentive. His studio is very clean and he's very easy to communicate with. Highly recommend Mike to anyone who needs to relax or who needs next-level recovery
