Mike is hands-down the most talented massage therapist I’ve ever worked with. He has helped me with everything from muscular alignment and symmetry for bodybuilding to injury recovery and, most recently, preparing for my HYROX competitions. He truly listens, understands the body, and knows exactly which techniques and tools to use to get me back into peak performance shape. I 100% recommend Mike for anyone serious about their recovery, performance, or overall body care.

Backstory: For many years I dealt with low back and neck pain. Before I knew of Mike’s magic touch, I frequently went to several chiropractors for adjustments. I can’t say enough good things about the experiences I’ve had at Anabolic LMT. I’ve been seeing Mike now for about 5 months and should have written this review for him a lot sooner. I have been getting massages throughout my career to relieve muscle tension, but have never really found someone like Mike.
