Very good experience also staff is very professional
This doctor was extremely unprofessional and impatient. While I asked questions about my loved one’s Alzheimer’s diagnosis, her response was: “I only have time for one more, because I have other patients waiting.” For a diagnosis as serious as moderate to advanced dementia, patients and families should feel supported and educated, with a clear roadmap for care. Great service, they wipe the rooms after every use. I have been a patient for many years and have always received professional service.
Impossible to get in contact with office
No one answered the phone to get an appointment even in the correct hour. If one cannot even make an appointment on the phone, can you figure out the rest? I don't take that risk. It sounds like a complete disaster to me.
