Delivery was on time and the flowers were fresh, but the arrangement was very underwhelming for the total cost ($130 including delivery and chocolates). The design was small and sparse and did not meet expectations for this price point. Unfortunately, due to timing, there was no opportunity to replace the gift. While this may be acceptable at a much lower cost, the value did not align with what was charged. Sharing this feedback respectfully so future customers can set appropriate expectations.
I was so very excited to order from Annabella’s florist and Matthews, North Carolina. The day of the delivery, I confirmed with the florist that my order would be delivered, which I was ecstatic! About an hour after my call with the florist, my Bestie sent me a picture of The bouquet that I ordered for her birthday. I was very disappointed and seeing the pathetic bouquet that was delivered. My b day flowers are stunning!!! Ty Annabellas
Flowers were not at all similar to what was pictured online. I understand their website mentions things may vary but this wasn’t a slight variation. Lastly, the vase received was not as full as the vase listed. If you’re going to list different options (I.e. deluxe or premium) at least display what they will look like inside the vase. The flower quality was bad. Overall very disappointing experience.
First time using them, I was disappointed. The arrangement was lack luster. I ordered the “Premium” bouquet, premium it was not! It looks like the basic left overs. Also, flowers were broken/wilting when they arrived. Doesn’t look like a $150 bouquet. I won’t be using them again. I gave them 2 stars bc it did show up on time.
