Dr. Mancuso was brilliant. She listened, pushed back when appropriate and empathized when appropriate. She asked for my sons consent during his examination. My son appreciated this gesture so much as he had a prior pedi who didn’t. Dr. Mancuso followed up on her promises made during the appointment to make referrals and provide more research. Dr. Mancuso isn’t here to make small talk and placate, she’s here to keep us safe and informed! Floresville is lucky to have her in our town!

I'm giving two stars. One star for clean environment and one star for friendly staff. I should have read the 1, 2 or 3 star reviews before coming so that's your warning if your thinking of coming here! Unfortunately Dr. Mancuso did not have the bedside manner I would hope for a pediatric doctor. When examining my 4 year old son she asked if she has permission to look at his private parts. We left our son’s 2-year well visit feeling frustrated and unsupported. When we raised concerns about sleep regressions, they were dismissed without meaningful discussion or guidance. There was also little to no attempt to engage with our toddler during the appointment. A well visit at this age should include interaction and observation, yet that component was entirely absent.
