The service was terrible. They were very rude, both in the way they spoke and during the service itself. While doing my pedicure, she was very rough with the file. I asked her several times to be more gentle, but she completely ignored me. She didn’t clean my cuticles at all, even though it was included in the service. The polish was also applied very poorly — just one thick, uneven coat. Overall, I do not recommend this salon at all.
First time here customer service was awesome. The massage chair was wonderful and the vibe was great. Nails were beautiful
Jay is very precise when he does my nails and always ensures that his clients are satisfied with their nails.
I tried this salon for the first time and I am shocked. My toenails have just all fallen off or are moldy. The work is incredibly disgusting my toenails are not doing well at all and I have to wait months now until they grow out again. It's a disastrous job. It looks nice from the top, but it damages your own nails so much. I would never set foot in it again. I've been going to pedicure for years but this is incredible.
I feel like they purposely didn’t tell me prices and over charged me !!! I asked for nail removal of old acrylic set….the guy offered a clear coat….he charged me $62 and didn’t even do a full gel manicure or offer me to pick a color which js ridiculous if you’re gonna charge for the full service. It took 15 mins to remove my nails and paint a gel clear coat. THEN my pedicure was rushed, I asked for a BASIC gel pedicure and he took it upon himself to do a $90 DELUXE pedicure in 35 mins.
