Jenny did absolutely amazing with my nails and toes, and Ana always gets me right with the lashes!
I walked in wanting a French pedicure. I had an older lady on my toes. My nails were uneven and for some reason she couldn’t get the French tip right. That’s usually all i get whenever i get a pedicure. Anyways it looked so bad even after she tried to fix it, so i just asked for basic gel polish. And at the end i was disappointed because the finished job was just mediocre even without the French tips that i originally asked for. It seems like some of the people that work there really don’t care. All nails different shapes not shaped at all half the nail she cut off to repair and left it like that. Polish so sloppy so disappointing. Paid 60$ my nails looked better before I went it .
I had such a great experience at Ana Nails thanks to Ana and Jay. From the moment I walked in, they were welcoming, professional, and really paid attention to detail. Ana is incredibly precise and takes her time to make sure everything looks perfect. Jay brings great energy and makes the whole experience comfortable and enjoyable. The service was terrible. They were very rude, both in the way they spoke and during the service itself. While doing my pedicure, she was very rough with the file. I asked her several times to be more gentle, but she completely ignored me. She didn’t clean my cuticles at all, even though it was included in the service. The polish was also applied very poorly — just one thick, uneven coat. Overall, I do not recommend this salon at all.
