Ana is the director of Casa deFamilia which I have been told she is more of a faceless figurehead of, rather than an active part of her own organization meant to cater to the community regarding mental health, domestic violence, and many other important topics she has the ultimate responsibility of overlooking. Her staff there many of whom have never seen this woman are largely left unsupervised and I have not had an experience this bad before. Period.
