I have been struggling with plantar fasciitis for months including seeing a physiotherapist. I was not getting relief for more than a day or two. Ana has given me almost 2 weeks relief at this time. In addition the overall experience was peaceful and left me able to breathe deeply. Great energy in her space and from her. My plantar fascitis is now resolved. Ana continues to provide a wonderful healing experience.
I have extensive experience receiving reflexology treatments and have found health benefits from them. Ana takes these benefits to a whole other level! As a first responder, I have made Ana’s treatments a weekly part of my self-care. It’s an additional bonus that she’s “registered” and I can submit the receipts to my insurance plan.
I am new to Reflexology but after one visit I realized the benefit. Ana not only made my feet feel amazing but it was one hour of total relaxation from her calming words to her expert massage. I highly recommend and I am now going monthly.
Ana sets a perfect atmosphere for relaxation and using verbal prompts helps you to come inside your body to rest and restore. She has awesome technique and has been a huge help with managing my gut issues. Totally recommend her.
