Every time I set foot (hehe) in Ana’s studio I am immediately relaxed. She is so kind and gentle and clearly has a passion for her work. This therapy is one of the truest forms of relaxation I’ve ever experienced!
Professional, knowledgable and provides a totally relaxing atmosphere all while focussed on making you feel your best. Highly recommended!!
I have been struggling with plantar fasciitis for months including seeing a physiotherapist. I was not getting relief for more than a day or two. Ana has given me almost 2 weeks relief at this time. In addition the overall experience was peaceful and left me able to breathe deeply. Great energy in her space and from her. My plantar fascitis is now resolved. Ana continues to provide a wonderful healing experience.
