I unfortunately had a disappointing experience with this interpreter. Communication was extremely limited, as she refused to take phone calls and would only respond via text, which made it difficult to clarify important information. She requested full payment upfront, but when her services were ultimately not needed, she did not offer a refund and did not respond further to messages. Ana handles everything. You provide the documents she asks for and she handles it all, even going to the interview with you. My wife now has her green card and we have Ana to thank for making an intimidating and complicated process, seamless.
Very helpful place, was assisted with documentation arrangement and preparation. Was very happy with the outcome of the work being that my case approved without any problems. Definitely recommend Ana.
