Ana Auto Lube N Tune has become a BAD place to do business. I've taken my car there for oil changes for 2 years. The KIA Forte has a bottom cover that requires being removed for the oil change. Twice! Their mechanic had left the bolts loose that hold that cover on, so that one of the bolts had fallen out and was missing when they went to do the next oil change. Great work, great price, honest and no gimmicks. Very happy with everything. I would recommend to anyone who wants car service done right. Dont waste your money and time going to Pepboys and other scammers.
From the moment I arrived I felt that Ana Auto and Al in particular operated on a basis of honesty, integrity, and customer service. I dropped off my car and had to travel out of the country while they had it. They stayed in constant communication via email as promised and did exactly what they said they would do. The prices were very reasonable and the work was perfect. When I got to the airport on my return, the shop was about to close.
