I waited 2 months to get seen by Dr. Chen as I was referred to him by my ENT once it was established that I have a hiatal hernia. I did a swallow test with scan previously, which was how this was diagnosed. The day of the appt, I was already put off by the nonchalant attitude of the front desk rep who simply said "Name?" and "You're check in." Not even a greeting to be friendly.
