Do not pay in advance. There is a possibility they will disappear for weeks. They do not stir the paint, do proper prep, or a proper cleanup. They did do a good job installing laminate flooring though.
**BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY** They sent 2 employees to our house who didn't know how to use a pressure washer or strip the deck (made multiple calls to their boss to ask how to do this job while they were here working), which is what they were there to do. Power washed maybe 5% of the deck (damaged the part they power washed), then left and never returned. The owner said they would fix the damage, but have made no attempts to do so.
