I can't speak to their home health care, but I can tell you their transportation service is absolutely useless. All they essentially provide is just a driver to bring the patient home. They cannot touch the patient and don't even have a ramp to roll the patient up stairs in a wheelchair! Their drivers cannot provide either physical or medical assistance. What freaking good are they?! I do not recommend.

My daughter has cerebral palsy and is in a motorized wheelchair. I have felt confident placing her in their care with the drivers through the years. They are friendly and always willing to go the extra mile. Recently my daughter’s motorized wheelchair Brooke down and when they found out they sent us a manual chair to help us until ours was fixed. You will be pleased with this company.

I have a couple of kids that's supposed to pick up from the program and drop off home everyday. This company is very inconsistent and comes 30-40 minutes late to pick them up. We've called multiple times to complain and see how far the vehicle may be from the program and we are either put on hold or hanged up on. Most of the drivers are very nice and the young adult being picked up are very familiar with them, however they do complain that most of the drivers are smoking or vaping in the vehicle and constantly on the phone.

An answer to care provides transportation for many of our adult clients with disabilities that have jobs. They do a great job getting the clients to work back and forth and this is a big important part of them maintaining their employment! Thank you An answer to care for your services !!!

Several of the individuals that I serve use An Answer to Care for transportation to and from work and/or their day training program. The drivers are great and everyone is very accommodating to the needs of the individuals using their service. We truly appreciate them and all they do for individuals with disabilities in our community!
