I had my car washed at An American Car wash on Town Center way in Palm Desert. If you’re smart you will never ever ever go there they will steal out of your car. I had $20 stolen out of my center consul. Even though the owner gave me back my money for my car wash he insists his employees did not steal from me. So be smart do not go to An American car wash for ANYTHING.. go to Elephant car wash in Rancho Mirage!!!
I haven’t found a good car wash until now! Great customer service from start to finish! I was speechless when they apologized for the wait because they were trying to get the bugs off my car (so unheard of �)The employees went out of their way to make my car look brand new again so I have no problem with waiting. I love it! � Thank you! I will be coming back ���
I am on the "Unlimited Gold Plan" that's how much I love coming to An American Car Wash! All the staff from pull up to drive off are Absolutely AMAZING! Perfect example of what customer service should be everywhere!! Thank you!
What a surprise this morning! They keep track of how often you come and today it was free. Also great at detailing.
Wonderfully remodeled with new equipment and terrific prices. Love the 5-7pm $7 option!
Friendly staff and has seen some major improvements under new management in recent months! Car came out looking great!
