Albert Luiz in Town Center – The Albert Luiz Salon in Town Center delivers a wonderful spa experience, and Kenny and the other hair specialists are the best I've ever had. The cost is well worth the outcome.
cut and color – i was tired of my old style. adam fixed me right up. i'm going back in for the 3rd time. he is on time and professional and pleasant. the spa pedicure was not good value for the money.
Relaxing Experience – I was a little nervous about going because of previous reviews, but I had a gift certificate for a spa day and really wanted to use it. There are actually 2 locations, I went to the one by William's Trace Blvd. The staff was nice, greeted me with a smile. The spa portion was very enjoyable and relaxing. Horrible treatment – I went to get a haircut, got there, had to wait, and was pretty much ignored by the staff, while they chit-chatted about their co-workers and some party, then after 35 minutes, the stylist came out with extreme attitude, was very rude to me when I told him what I had in mind, did not smile, basically made me feel very uncomfortable, I was very cautious in telling him what I had in mind for my haircut, because I didn't want him to ruin my hair cut, and even though I told him what I wanted, he continued to... read more

This client arrived to her appointment 35 minutes late. We asked her if she would not mind waiting because we were able to accomodate her later as the stylist had already taken another appointment. When she was introduced to the stylist, she yelled at him for not waiting for her, then proceeded to tell him how to cut her hair as she was a stylist herself. The stylist stayed quiet througout the service because the client kept dictating how to cut her hair. At the end, however, the client loved the cut. She was charged $70 for... read more
Excellent Experience in Sugar Land – When I need to be pampered, this is the place I go! I get all my services done here, from facials to hair to pedicures and massages. The staff is so friendly and the atmosphere is elegant. I refer all my friends to this salon and they have all loved it!
