I've had an Amzac garage door for many years and they've always been very helpful. This case was a little different. Our garage door keyless entry was not working when the weather got cold, so we called and asked the lady if there might be something we could check in lieu of having to pay for a service call. We asked her twice and she was insistent that someone would have to come out and check. Come to find out, all we needed to do was change the battery!!
