I am EXTREMELY disappointed in the service which you provided at approx 3:30 on Monday. I was picking up on order, but you ONLY had ONE employee working, ON A NATIONAL HOLIDAY, who was working very hard. When I asked the employee working, she stated that her manager was there, but LEFT!!! If he wants off, he should have scheduled another employee to take his place, ON A NATIONAL HOLIDAY!!! UNACCEPTABLE!!!
