Thank you. Everyone was great to me and my wife during my procedure. I was informed of what was expected and to do afterwards. I was complimented on my foresight to quit medication weeks in advance of the procedure.
Very poor bedside manner. She's short, condescending and dismissive. Acted like she had no idea who I was on the day of my procedure, very awkward and did not make me feel very trusting in her care.
Dr. Zhu and staff was great, kind, informative and carrying.
Overall poor experience from scheduling to discharge. I’ll spare the details for my confidentiality, but I do not recommend the Gateway location to see this doctor. Completely impersonal and incompetent care. Not specific to the doctor, but she didn’t make up for any of the rest of the bunch by any means.

Dr. Zhu was GEAT, same for the staff!! This is the second time I have been to the Oregon Clinic and that visit was also GREAT! I unfortunately went to another provider and clinic the last time NOT SO GREAT! I have had pre -cancerous polyps remover each time!
I went to Dr. Zhu with my concerns . Before I saw her I was instructed to fill out questions about my issues online . I did so, about 6 pages. I saw her and she asked why I was there ... I told her . she then said to me so what do you want out of today ? I responded I wanted her to help me figure out why I was having these problems. She said to me "some questions can never be answered "!! That was it . Then as a after thought she said you need a colonoscopy , she scheduled one for the following Monday, it was Thursday. Her n... read more
Dr. Zhu is very competent, informative, and thorough.
Great experience from check-in to discharge. As a hospital RN, I am required to always wear a mask and eye protection. Oregon Clinic Endo staff wore masks but not eye protection. With COVID being at an all time high, I would think that all healthcare workers with risk of COVID exposure would be required to wear a mask and eye protection. I mention this not for my but for your safety.
