She is very caring, listens well, orders the right tests, knowledgable and follows through and recommends next steps. Strongly recommend her.
Have seen a few endocrinologists in the area over the years and so far Dr. Chow is my favorite. Good bedside manner, communicative, knowledgeable, and empathetic. Saw another doctor in her office once when my insurance changed and I insisted on switching back as soon as I was able. Highly recommend.
I'm finally getting around to writing this review from last year. If you want a doctor that you can actually have a somewhat relationship with, she is not the doc for you. I saw her one time, she had me run a bunch of labs and then she would only give me my results through the UCLA portal, which has never happened to me before at UCLA. She would write next to the result saying what was wrong with each test, and then give me no suggestions on what next steps would be, or how to address them.
