Amy was the perfect balance of meeting us both personally and professionally where we were at. Personally, we had a short time-line and Amy helped us have realistic expectations of what was in our price range. She helped us navigate what to compromise on and what not to compromise. Professionally she did a great job meeting deadlines and clarifying the unknown and sometimes complicated language used in our paperwork as a first-time homebuyer.
