My friend and I tried to book online but they didn't reply. We tried to phone and they told us to come in at 2pm. We arrive at the Moray street location and they tell us they know nothing about a booking and it must be Clarendon street so they sent us away. We went to Clarendon street who also told us they knew nothing about a booking and did nothing to help us resolve the issue. I booked it online, but when I arrived they said there was no record of my booking and the massage time was changed. The massage was also very disappointing, it felt quite unprofessional and my body didn't feel relaxed at all afterwards.

Booked online with services.. got the the place for them to say they can't do the time you requested cause they got booking. Like why do you let us book online if you cant deliver the service . Im not happy.
