Had a hearing test with them and was planning on getting hearing aids. After first appointment I tried to call and discuss my options. Tried three times to get someone to call me back and never got a call. Ended up going to the Mayo clinic and getting my hearing aids through them.
I have been a customer of Amy Swain for many years (20+). I have purchased some of the best hearing aids she provides. I have to say that Amy has a lot of patience when adjusting and readjusting my hearing aids. I'm sure she does the same for everyone! Amy is very accessible so I can get things corrected very easily.
