As always my visit was on time, thorough with an awesome "bedside manner". I've been a patient for several years and have always been very pleased with Dr. Drumheller and staff. I would highly recommend her services to anyone seeking dermatological assistance. Larry C
Dr Stein is thorough in her examinations. She listens to questions and provides the answers that are easy to understand. I have never waited beyond the appointment time to see her and this is important to me. She, and her assistants, have at all times been courteous and professional in our meetings.
Being new to the area, I got turned around in my directions to get there. I was late but they were so kind to me about that and Dr. made time to see me. She and the staff were so kind and gave thorough information. I highly recommend going here for dermatology needs!

While I think the medical decisions made were appropriate, the visit was incredibly rushed and pressured. My questions were not answered, two issues weren't even looked at. A different kind of specialist was recommended for one concern but nothing is written down. Products recommended but again, no written instructions, and no consideration for cost, insurance or affordability. Front desk staff asks patients if they are 'OK seeing a PA' (who is, by the way, a board-certified provider) which doesn't engender trust at all. And... read more
