I can never get this place to answer the phone or call me back. It’s infuriating. I also moved away and needed my medical records faxed so I could make a very important appointment about my health. I keep receiving the admissions voicemail. I should not have my medical records held away from me and I should be contacted back to have whatever needed done so I can see a specialist. This is outrageous. For over a year i had seen them it had always been playing telephone tag.
