Amy changed my life! I was at a time where the first thing I said to her was that I avidly hated therapists and refused to tell much. We spent several sessions just chatting about other things or sitting in silence. She always held space and never ever pressured anything; she will always be pretty much the only Psych. professional that I trust. She truly cares and was truly always giving 100% to our sessions. She can also explain everything scientifically as well.
I truly can't say enough about Amy. She's kind and compassionate. She listens and does not judge and has the best 'Amy-isms'. She will meet you where you are while gracefully being honest with you. She's like the BFF you've always wanted.
My daughter 29 (autism) who was misdiagnosed her entire life has seen countless therapists . We lost our trust in the therapeutic process and all providers until she met Amy through a recommendation by a top notch doctor in Denver. Amy, is helping her transform - my daughter has never felt more heard, connected, inspired by the work they’re doing together , and understood and loved for the beautiful soul she is.
