Dr. Breakstone is genuinely concerned with her patients’ overall well being. She’s always willing to answer questions and never makes you feel rushed.
I was a patient of Dr. Breakstone's for over 13 years. In the beginning, she was "decent", but in the latter years I became very unhappy with her service. The wait time was absurd. I waited for over 45 minutes on numerous occasions before she came into my exam room. I had a 10am appointment, I heard her enter another exam room at exactly 10 am. I’ve been seeing Amy Breakstone for over 2 years because a friend of mine goes to her so I wanted to give her a try. The truth is, I’ve never felt comfortable with her and always thought she did not take any of my concerns seriously. I told her my concerns a year ago and she made it seem like I was crazy and overthinking in a careless and disrespectful way. Dr. Breakstone is fantastic!! She’s caring, she listens and she’s thorough. Between routine care, childbirth and surgery, she has been there for me and I’m grateful! I refer everyone I know to her. :)
Yearly exam and Dr Breakstone is ALWAYS so professional and pleasant, she takes time to answer all questions you may have, she’s has great bedside manner, she’s an awesome Dr!
