I won't even give her a star but I had to in order to post. She works for a nursing home my family members are in and I asked her to call me because of concerns. She was very RUDE, UNCARING and even made me cry. As I was crying and trying to explain why I was so concerned, she told me she couldn't do this and hung up on me. She should have her medical license revoked!
I was connected to this health care “professional” regarding a matter involving a family member in hospice care. I was shocked at her callous, rude & unprofessional demeanor during our conversation. “Mrs. Arms” as she stated I should address her, made a difficult situation, worse. Losing a loved one is heartbreaking and those on whom we rely for support and understanding should be respectful and compassionate. Unfortunately, this person was anything but.
