1st time there. Not pleased. When the assistant came in, She asked me why I was there. Maybe I said too much. When I finished speaking, she rolled her eyes! After telling the PA about my problem, she didn't seem interested at all. Gave me a bag with some medication. When leaving and getting additional medication, I reached my hand out to the assistant, and she just threw it in my bag. Not very professional! Will not he going back!
My wife had a good experience at Dermatology Physicians today
My first visit wasn’t great, very cold and matter of fact. And to add insult I was only given a tiny bandage for procedure. By the time I went home I had a bloody mess. Next visit was due to a flair up, but when I got to the office the symptoms subsided. Was told if I can’t see it I can’t treat it. When I asked what to look for if things got worse, and the response was don’t worry about that just use the wash. This place was not for me. My concerns were dismissed and there was no real conversation.
Friendly. Professional. Put me at ease and addressed my concerns.
Very pleasant experience. Office staff was very friendly, helpful & efficient. Amy was equally as pleasant. She was very respectful and thorough during the examination.
