We have struggled in having Dr. Riley as our OBGYN. She does not readily explain or divulge any information. We've had a few complications this pregnancy and she does little to reassure and is very frank. We had a confirmed subchorionic hematoma at the start of our pregnancy and Dr. Riley failed to pull records to even assess the issue. When we asked if it increased our risk of pregnancy loss all she responded was yes. It was like pulling teeth to get any additional information out of her. Very poor bedside manner.
Went to Dr. Amy Riley with my first pregnancy. I had switched from a horrid doctor and was hoping for a warm fuzzy feeling. Didn't quite get that but she seemed experienced.
Dr. Riley is one of the best doctors I have ever had! She was my doctor through 2 pregnancies...she even rescheduled her own family vacation to make sure she was there to deliver my second (unfortunately he came 10 days early, so that didn't quite work out as expected, but it was the thought that counts!) Dr. Riley truly cares about her patients and the babies! I would recommend her 110%!!!
I saw Dr. Riley for my Pregnancy and she delivered my little boy! During my pregnancy all my visits with her the staff was friendly and on time. Dr. Riley addressed any concerns I had or questions she is a great doctor. She was calm and quick to Deliver my baby boy when he was coming very fast and put me at ease in the very intense environment. Bonus she reminded my husband to take pictures haha and was quick to get me into postpartum to heal and recover with my baby as well as get me home when I told her I was ready!
I have been having lower abdominal pain for several mnths,so I called the office to sched my appt for the earliest appt which was 2 mnths out. So unfortunately switching from kaiser to Sutter longer wait to be seen. So 2 weeks prior to my appt which was scheduled 2 days before a holiday wknd . The office called and said that the appt needs to be resched bcuz the Dr will be in Surgery. Dr's have set surg days in OR. This was not true and unacceptable! !!! Very poor customer Service.
The best doctor I seen. Have been going to her only with my second pregnatcy. She so sweet and gently. Thank you God for her.
Terrible! Refuses to give an 18 week pregnant patient an ultrasound. Scary and difficult to comprehend considering mom to be has not had an ultrasound. Insensitive and clearly not concerned about health of mom or baby.
I really like Dr. Riley. I recently switched from Kaiser to Sutter and am so happy to have found her. She is down to earth and takes the time to listen and answer questions without making me feel rushed.
