Amy did an amazing job throughout the entire process! She gave me honest advice, let me take my time, and it was clear she cared about finding the right home for me.
Amy spent so much time with us and gave us great advice on the house. She hung in there when things were difficult in the market, but I really appreciate everything she did and she is a great realtor.
We worked with Amy Patton to sell our house and it was an absolute pleasure! We found her to be INCREDIBLY knowlegeable and well informed with everything related to the home selling process and the real estate market/industry in general. She was polite, corteous, and promptly (and accurately) answered all the questions we asked of her. What would have been an extremely stressful and mysterious process was alleviated due to her presence and actions. Thank you, again, Amy! Amy is positive, patient, empathetic and calming. She’s all knowledgeable, competent, and professional. She’s walked me through the sale of three houses and the purchase of two. Everyone I’ve recommended her to continues to use her.
