Dr. Ottensmeyer is great! Please understand the providers aren’t aware of how long a patient has waited. If you feel you’re sitting too long just get up go to the front desk and ask for a status. The front desk representatives are great and helpful. The providers work with each patient and don’t rush anyone. Each patients case is different and require different time. I had to wait for a my appointment BUT you have to understand your at an appointment not a rush to get in and out. She’s caring for more than 1 life at a time. ... read more
