My daughter was born with a unilateral cleft lip/palate. Dr. Inciong has performed several corrective surgeries on my daughter and does amazing work. We are so delighted we chose Dr. Inciong at CHKD. He has an excellent bedside manner with children and parents. His team and coordinator, Karen Via, NP is so knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with.
We are big Dr. Lapsia fans. He is always there for our daughter, is highly knowledgable, is aggressive with her treatment, and is just a great doctor. We feel very lucky our daughter is in his care.
Sure the front desk people were not the best but this review is not about the staff but the doctor. I have been visiting Dr. Wrubel my whole life and he has been the most informative and knowledgeable doctor I have ever been to.
We chose Dr. Livingood for our first child on the recommendation of a close friend nearly 15 years ago and we've remained with her for all three of our children. She is knowledgeable and genuinely caring for the children and provides medically sound recommendations.

Dr. Strunc was our daughters neurologist for 9 years. He is the absolute best. When her seizures advanced, he did everything humanly possible to figure it all out. Even when he was away teaching he stayed informed and helped her. The best appointment was when he sat amazed when our daughter who is Autistic and low verbal started exploring his naval ribbons. This was a first and he was so amazed and just watched her. He was so caring and involved. We moved so we had to say goodbye but he will always be the best. He is very kn... read more
He asked what happened to my child. I started explaining. He interrupted me and said “oh so it’s the long story.” I seriously thought he wanted to know. Medically It was obvious what happened my kid had stitches he needed removed. It has left me fuming that he was so mean. This happened at the beginning of the visit and made me feel really violated. It didn’t feel like a safe space anymore once he was demeaning.
Dr. Robertson has been our family pediatrician for nearly ten years and I recommend her to all of my family and friends. She is thorough, caring, and very compassionate. She takes my concerns seriously and I always feel confident in her recommendations and decisions.
You can tell he cares a lot about patients and their families, not just one or the other. I hope he continues to practice as my kids get older.
