Went here for the first time and honestly the last time. I went in for a French tip and it was very sloppy done and the lady rushed my hands when she took too long on my feet. I asked for a simple flower on my finger and it wasn’t even colours in properly. I was there for 2 hours and a half and I wasn’t happy with the results. I had to go home and file my nails after this appointment.
’ve been to Amy Nails a few times, and while there’s one technician who does a good job, the overall experience has been disappointing. Most of the other staff don’t provide quality work—my nails often chip or lift very quickly after each visit. On top of that, the customer service is poor. Several staff members are rude and dismissive. There’s one technician in particular who won’t even acknowledge you, barely listens, and stays on her phone the entire time, clearly annoyed to be there.
