Awful experience. She was dismissive and rude to my daughter and I. Treated me like I was dumb. Told us basically to just deal with my daughter’s back pain while looking at her MRI and x rays. Made me feel silly for even going , it was an 8 hour trip too. Here we are two years later , the pain only got worse the bulges turned to two herniations. My daughter can not do sports now from pain. Dr McIntosh at Scottish Rite Dallas is excellent, the whole process was so efficient and we were able to get seen and lab test, imaging and explanation of lab work and imaging before we left. I was impressed!!
Dr. Mcintosh is not just a surgeon, she is an angel sent by God who loves her job, has a lot of love for her patients, takes her time to explain and most importantly has respect and love for her patients, this Hospital needs more doctors like her who not only see their job as a Surgeon but also see their patients as the most appreciated, for my part I can only say that I will pray for her every day of my life, thanks to her the treatment within the Hospital changed towards my daughter and towards me, she will be in my prayer... read more
Thanks to Scottish Rite 3 yrs ago , I didn’t think it was possible my daughter would be able to do marching band , take trips n walk for an amount of time after her spinal surgery on heritated disk n mild scoliosis she’s a junior in high school doing marching band thank to Rosa her therapist and Dr.Macintosh team and her self I was able to get an appointment from one day to another for an evaluation since my daughter has had a few falls and her school needed an update after 3 yrs thank you Scottish Rite the team that my daug... read more
