Do you wake up nearly every morning with a headache? I did. When I was lucky, the headache would subside by the time I left for work, but many days it did not. During a routine exam Dr. Golden recommended that I wear a night guard. She took impressions and had a night guard made that fits perfectly and is comfortable to wear.
