Amy came into our office and offered no new ideas. She actually learned from us. She wanted a copy of our financial policy which was written by me to share with other offices. She told my dentist that I was a rockstar an amazing employee. A few years later she refused to give me a reference even insulted me when I applied for a position that she was in charge of hiring for. I found her to be very yesterday. Perhaps it is time to pass the hat to someone with new ideas that actually are relevant to present day issues!

As a hiring agent, they are not to be trusted. If they send an employee out for an interview and the employee chooses another position, they will never give that employee a pass through for any other office. Obviously unfair to employees, but more importantly unfair to the doctors for whom they work.

My word to describe Amy... AMAZING. Such an incredible consultant, mentor and now after many years, professional friends!! Thank you so much for all the hard work, effort and time you put into not only our practice but for the growth of me as a Practice Administrator. You always lend an ear, make me laugh and have great sincere advice. We highly recommend you to any practice looking to grow both professionally and personally!
