I took my son here due to rage issues. He had been going to counseling, and the counselor recommended her. I thought perhaps he could get a prescription. The first time we met with her, I was in the room with my son. OK, fair enough. We went back for a follow-up, and I was asked to be in the room again. The whole appointment was 20 minutes long and I paid close to $100. Robbery. And the meeting was pretty much nothing. No next steps or anything. I decided to see what would happen if I did not schedule a new appointment, and ... read more
Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this psychiatrist's office? The wait wasn't terrible, but it wasn't the best
Dr. Holland was very instrumental in pulling me out of a very dark place. She is caring and professional. I have referred friends and family to her.
Would you recommend this psychiatrist to others? Yes Did you experience unnecessary pain during your visit? No Did this provider seem well-trained and experienced? No, they weren't very knowledgeable
Does this provider treat every client equally? Sometimes, but not all the time Was this provider late to your appointments? Sometimes, it was a little frustrating Is this business handicap-accessible? Yes, it was handicap-accessible
I found a parking place right away, and it was right next to the entrance. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time.I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They consult with the other doctors on my team. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart. Their prices were very fair. The level of care ... read more
dr Holland didn't realize that the medicines she was prescribing had risks that outweighed and possible benefits with side effects that were causing some of the symptoms that we were there to resolve. If you spend 15 minutes on Google, you will have done more to resolve your own problems than dr Holland will do. If your mental illness is caused be a tattoo that needs to be removed, she might be able to help.
Does this provider treat every client equally? Yes, they don't show favoritism Did this provider listen to your input and concerns? Yes Did you feel safe in this provider's care? Absolutely! I knew I was being cared for by an expert! Does this provider ever overbook appointments here? Sometimes, they should allow for more time in between appointments
They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. They always treated me with the utmost respect, and have never interrupted my appointment to take a personal phone call. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen.
