Amy was great their office staff and policy are ridiculous. They had a patient with a rare medical disease that requires medication to keep them alive and because I fractured my knee and appointments were rescheduled by myself as I had no way of driving and by the office because the doctor was unavailable whatever their reason was. Anyway it lead to a year and a half of not seeing either Vicki or Amy. Off and by the way I’m scheduled there every 6months.
