Great experience, especially working with Amy Hoag. She sold my husband and I a property about five years ago that was all our hearts delight and found it fairly quickly. We also bought it for a good price. When I had to sell our home this year, Amy had it sold within a couple days for a good price as well. New owners appreciated the home as much as I had. I can't recommend Amy enough. Sought her assistance in buying a home while unable to visit the area, and Amy was 100% reliable to act as a surrogate on numerous showings. She provided live stream tours, pictures, floor plans, disclosures, and got answers to any/all questions immediately. With her representation I was VERY comfortable making offers even though I was unable to see properties in person. Also, she has a great network of supporting professionals (lawyers, inspectors, etc.).
