I am new to MN. They have been nothing but friendly and helpful. My new place is clean and fresh.
Sela is the best place to call it home. Awesome service and best management. The best as soon as I ask something to be done she will take action right away.

I had a really good experience renting with Sela. The staff was always very professional and went above and beyond to make sure I was a happy tenant. The one thing that sets them apart from other landlords is their maintenance. They respond right away and the repair was always done well. I was floored last week when I received a letter from Sela saying they are keeping my deposit. I was bale to meet with Amy and Tina today and I will admit when I first got their I was defensive and knew that I would have to defend myself as I thought they would not listen and just wanted to take my money. They have been timely with maintenance requests, provided flyers for when building maintenance, snow plowing etc. was occurring and in general were very pleasant to work with. Paying the rent is simple, as are utilities.
I have lived at a Sela apartment for 14 years. I appreciate the service I receive and the property is well maintained. I enjoy working with Amy and her staff.
