As an RN who doesn't recommend medical practitioners lightly, I HIGHLY recommend Dr. James and all of her staff. They are very professional and always just as friendly. Dr. James is clearly very knowledgeable about her field. Many orthodontists don't use the miniscrew-assisted rapid palatal expander (MARPE), but I was able to avoid surgically assisted palatal expansion well into my twenties. Thank you to everyone at her office. 10/10
