We had water in our basement, and thought our water heater was leaking. We called Amy, since the heater (that we purchased from them), was a year old and they were out in within an hour! Tim was great! Solved our water problem. It wasn't the heater, it was our sump pump not working! Didn't think to look at that . He got it going again, all the way started to recede, and he didn't charge us because of the heater being under warranty! We've bought from them before, and they're friendly but professional.
The were very Knowledgeable and fair. The performed the work quickly and answered all my question, and explained every step along the way. They will always be my service provider. Thanks again Michael F
We called Amy to come out and check our furnace. There was a problem with it starting. Service tech did the diagnosis of the problem and cleaned our furnace at the same time. Always have had prompt and courteous service from Amy.

I called Amy because there was something odd going on with my furnace. I wasn't without heat but nervous that might be the next step. I was also equally nervous about having someone in my home during this Corona virus pandemic issue but I also knew that also had the potential to get worse so I thought I should call and get on the schedule. Amy is always on time and always professional. They have installed a new furnace, water softener, iron filter for our well water and two water heaters. Have been with Amy for years and wouldn’t consider going to any other company.
