Excellent attorney and great customer service and communication from Amy Cross Nance and staff for trust and will services. Several family members have used her as well and we have all been pleased. Highly recommend!
We met in early March to discuss edits to my documents. It’s been nearly 3 months and no follow-up from her office, despite several calls and messages. Not even a return phone call or ETA on completing a simple addendum. Truly disappointing.

I scheduled a Zoom call with Ms. Nance in January of 2023. She was 15 minutes late to the appointment and spent about 15 minutes on the call with me. I emailed her office to follow-up on the call and take action, and no one ever got back to me. I went ahead and hired someone else. Then, in October of 2023, I received a bill for the 15 minutes back in January. I know mistakes happen, and someone is probably trying to settle accounts for the year, but this practice needs to get it together.
