Very rude staff. They don't know how to answer the phone!
I have known Dr. Roskin for over 20 years. She has always been comforting and professional. She does not over schedule her appointments and the wait time is usually short. I like the intimacy of her office and she has always been approachable to ask questions. And....she delivered my 21 year old baby. !!! Her receptionist is very competent and professional as well. Thanks Dr. Roskin....you are the best!

Doctor answered all my questions. I felt at ease in the office there.
Poor communication with staff. Dr. will not respond to calls of concern of patients or is not being given messages. When questions are asked, staff is arrogant and annoyed. Had to contact insurance company since charges were in excess of our co pay. Overall, not a good experience and choosing another doctor.
Dr. Roskin seemed fine during my office visit. However, she ordered lab tests that were completely unnecessary without asking for a complete patient history that would have shown the tests were not needed. When I questioned the office about the tests I was told they were run according to CDC protocol, which is completely false. Also, the office owed me a refund of my copay, but I had to ask for it myself. This office overcharges patients and LIES to patients. See someone else.

I was very satisfied with the service. The staff was friendly and professional. Dr Roskin was very detailed and respectful and addressed all my concerns competently. I felt completely relaxed with her.
The office staff was helpful and polite. I waited about 15 minutes for my appointment. Dr. Roskin took the time to meet with me before my exam and go over my history and questions. I thought she was very nice and approachable. Overall very satisfied with my visit and I will be going back.
