where’s Dr.Roskin office located now??? Called the number that is listed for her it’s no longer in service.
I have been going to Dr. Roskin for years and I have NEVER been treated poorly by her or her staff. She is a very knowledgeable and caring physician who will take the time to answer any questions and help you to understand if there are any issues that need to be addressed. I have recommended her to several people and feel very comfortable continuing to do so.
Wonderful doctor. Very experienced and still has an excellent bedside manner. Was able to provide expert opinion on my complex situation and answered all my questions. Will definitely be returning and would recommend without a doubt!
ZERO STARS The office manager who answers the phone is disgusting and Rude. I attempted to make an appt as a new patient and she rudely disconnected the call on me because i said this office is ridiculous because i said I do not know if i am expecting or not, hence the reason for my Gyno appt. She was rude and disgusting, i requested to speak to a manager with some sense or the Dr but she refused and kept hanging up the phone on me. I only called this office because its listed as in network.
Excellent........From start to finish outstanding is all that I can say. Chica goes above and beyond with compassion, and such kindness. She is just a breath of fresh air. Dr Roskin takes the time to ask you questions, allows you to ask your questions, not being rushed. I can not believe that I got so lucky to become a patient in this office. Chica the receptionist is so RUDE/curt/horrible.They were going to charge me $1.00/page for my medical records. My ENT, cardiologist AND GI doctors don't charge. That's embarrassing makes the doctor look cheap. Roskin the only reason I chose you was because you were the only doctor in my network, that I didn't have to see a nurse for a routine. The minute you walked into the room and we started talking you cut me off about asking questions because I was there for a routine screen. Shame on you
Dr. Roskin is great. Unfortunately, her first point of contact (receptionist/assistant) has no people skills or courtesy. I have called day after day after day at different times and she never answers the phone. When I finally got through the woman was rude and just went silent on the phone and hung up. How can a great doctor have someone like this in her office?
