My experience was good. Every staff member I came into contact with (at least 6) was friendly. I never felt rushed and they were genuinely helpful. Dr. Bruce was professional but warm and most importantly she was knowledgeable. She listened to my concerns about treatment and she offered a few options.The atmosphere was clean and comfortable and everyone seemed happy to be there.
I was a little disappointed about my first visit this week, went in because I was told I broke my foot and I also brought my information from a surgery I had on my same foot and Dr seemed very rushed! She mentioned she did not look at my paper work and I was very worried about the impact my break would have on future because im on feet for work and training is very important to me! Dr. Bruce, Tracey and the receptionist are just so friendly and so helpful. Dr Bruce was great explaining my injury and setting up my surgery quickly. I would definitely refer my friends if they ever needed them.
