I am a former customer of Amy Brown Insurance in VillaRica, Ga. I have used to State Farm for years and NEVER have had poorer cuomer service from a State Farm Agent as I have with Mrs. Brown. I have been in her office when she has been extremely rude to me, talking down to me as if she were more intelligent than myself. As someone who has been in the insurance industry for 30 years I am writing this letter due to a State Farm Agents questionable practices. As an licensed Agent I am shocked to find out that State Farm Agent , Amy Brown located in Villa Rica, Georgia has shown to be an enethical Insurance Agent.
