I am glad so many had such a positive experience with Amy. This was not the same story for our family. Amy did not negotiate or work for our parents and cost them thousands of dollars. The communication was horrible and honestly many of the issues could have been resolved with a simple phone call. She never answered her phone and would only reply via text messages. Amy was our saving grace during the first time home owners experience. She answered every single question we had and it was not an easy or short process as we were moving across the country and having to find jobs at the same time. I would highly recommend Amy to all of my family and friends.
